- There were 4 Monero Research Lab meetings in August (2,3,4,5)
- A Monero Development Workgroup meeting was organized on the 12th (6)
- Two Monero Tech meetings took place on the 19th & 26th (7,8)
- Four Cuprate meetings also took place this month (9,10,11,12)
- The Seraphis Wallet Workgroup held a meeting on the 12th (13)
- Stack Wallet v2.1.4 was released with support for QR code scanning on the desktop app (14)
- Haveno v1.0.10 was released with Tor PoW defense support for seed nodes (15)
- Rucknium released Monero Stressnet Node v251.18.3.3.0 in preparation for the August 10 testnet hardfork (16)
- jeffro256 posted a Monero dev report for July 2024 (17)
- XMRig and XMRig Proxy v6.22.0 were released with improvements and fixes (18)
- Cake Labs released Cake Wallet v4.19.2-4.19.5 and Monero.com v1.16.2-1.16.5 (19,20,21)

- j-berman completed his latest CCS after 545+ hours of Monero and Seraphis dev work (29)
- 0xFFFC posted a Monero dev report for July 2024 (30)
- vtnerd posted a CCS progress report after 160 hours of Monero dev work (31)
- Cyrix126 released Gupaxx version 1.4.0 (32)
- MrCyjaneK completed the second milestone for their Unnamed Monero Wallet CCS (33)
Funding
- 276.01 XMR was donated from the GF to four CCS proposals: 0xFFFC, tobtoht, hinto-janai, j-berman (34)
- ofrnxmr submitted a CCS proposal to maintain the monero-site and monero-docs repositories, which was moved to the funding stage (35)
- selsta submitted a CCS proposal for 3 months of Monero dev work until the end of October 2024, which was fully funded (36)
- hinto-janai submitted a CCS proposal for 3 months of full-time work on Cuprate’s RPC handlers, which was moved to the funding stage (37)
- VostoEmisio’s animated videos CCS proposal was moved to the funding stage (38)
- ofrnxmr’s BasicSwapDEX CCS proposal was fully funded (39)
- 0xFFFC submitted a CCS proposal for 3 months of Monero dev work until the end of November 2024, which was moved to the funding stage (40)
- Ripcord47 proposed a bounty for Garnet maintenance (41)
- binarybaron’s XMR-BTC atomic swaps development CCS proposal was moved to the funding stage (42)
- Kewbit submitted a CCS proposal to continue developing the Haveno Plus multi-platform app (43)
- j-berman submitted a CCS proposal for 3 months of Monero and Seraphis dev work, which was fully funded (44)
- tobtoht submitted a CCS proposal for 3 months of full-time Feather Wallet and Monero dev work, which was fully funded (45)
- DiosDelRayo submitted a CCS proposal to modularize the Monero codebase, then closed it in favor of a new proposal to create an offline signing library for XmrSigner (46,47)
- plowsof posted a bounty for enabling testnet fast sync on the Monero stressnet (48)
