DiosDelRayo submits CCS proposal to 'resurrect' MoneroSigner project

DiosDelRayo (vthor)¹ has submitted a CCS proposal² looking to take over and finish the Monero Signer project³ by delivering what was originally promised⁴, with some modifications:

After learning about Monero Signer and researching the existing work, I found it to be a stale project that was never truly initiated. [..] I will complete all the work myself, as I prefer to move quickly, keep things streamlined, and discard unnecessary elements. Security and usability are my top priorities..

Total funding: 55.38 XMR.

ETA: ~60 days.

Milestones

• M1: Monero Signer basics on emulator (5.38 XMR, 10 days from now)
• M2: Monero Signer working with companion Application (5 XMR, 25 days from now)
• M3: Cleanup and production ready (35 XMR, 7-9 months, 45 days from now)
• M4: Monero-GUI integration (10 XMR, 60 days from now, until PR)
