j-berman submits CCS proposal for 3 months of Monero and Seraphis dev work

j-berman1 has submitted a new CCS proposal2 to continue full-time development work on Monero and the Seraphis wallet library for 3 more months.

Funding proposed: 376 XMR (0.25 XMR/hr + $65/hr).

ETA: 3 months (480 hours).
