COMIT 'xmr-btc-swap' v0.13.0 released

Version 0.13.01 of COMIT2’s XMR-BTC atomic swap implementation (xmr-btc-swap3) was released with a few improvements and updates:

Changes overview

Minimum Supported Rust Version (MSRV) bumped to 1.74
Update monero-wallet-rpc version to v0.18.3.1
Added support for starting the CLI [..] as a Daemon that accepts JSON-RPC requests
Lowered default Bitcoin confirmation target for Bob to 1 [..]

Note that COMIT is no longer maintaing the project6. binarybaron, lescuer97 and delta1 are the current maintainers of xmr-btc-swap.
