Boog900 completes first milestone for Cuprate CCS proposal

Boog9001 has posted the first progress report2 for their CCS proposal3 to work full time on Cuprate4, an experimental Monero node written in Rust:

Progress overview

Implemented all rules except rules for version 2, non-miner, txs.
Implemented Difficulty calculations.
Implemented block weight/ long term weight calculations.
Implemented voting for hard forks.
Created bindings for legacy POWs (CryptoNight versions). [..]

Boog900 is also a new maintainer of the Rust Monero library monero-rs6.
