Boog900 completes Cuprate RPC wallet support CCS

Boog9001 has posted a final progress report2 for their latest full-time Cuprate3 development work CCS proposal4 to get the RPC interface done for wallet support:

[..] Cuprate now fully supports wallets. [..] Cuprate scales much better under RPC/database load than monerod. [..] Before the latest release we also did an internal testing period where we tried to find any difference in the RPC that could cause issues with wallets.
