Cuprate inches closer to beta with v0.1.0-preview 'Kesterite' release

Cuprate node (cuprated)1 beta preview version 0.1.0 Kesterite2 has been released with initial wallet support and various changes and improvements3:

This release contains updates to our RPC interface to allow wallets to connect to Cuprate. Wallets can now sync the blockchain and send transactions with Cuprate.

 * Add graceful shutdown
 * Improve Tor networking
 * Support SOCKS5 proxy URLs
 * Add Docker, Alpine, FreeBSD, and OpenBSD support
 * Remove RPC payment support
