Boog900 completes Cuprate dev work CCS

Boog9001 has posted a fourth and final progress report2 for their latest full-time Cuprate3 development work CCS proposal4:

[..] the monero-oxide repo has been set up: https://github.com/monero-oxide/monero-oxide which I have also spent some time on. I have created a PR to point Cuprate to there instead of our Serai fork..

Progress overview

Released v0.0.4 & v0.0.5 and v0.0.6
Added Fuzz tests
Fixed an issue with our config generation
Found and fixed a deadlock
Found a way to significantly increase sync speed (in progress)
