Binance to delist XMR in France, Italy, Poland and Spain due to 'local regulatory requirements'

Binance1 is planning to delist Monero and other privacy coins that do not allow transaction monitoring, starting from June 26 2023, according to emails234 received by users in several EU countries (France, Italy, Poland and Spain):

Dear Binancian, We are sending you this email to formally inform you that, due to local regulatory requirements, Binance is unable to offer privacy coins that do not allow transaction monitoring [..]

Affected coins also include DCR, DASH, ZEC, ZEN, PIVX, NAV, SCRT, XVG, FIRO, BEAM, and MOB.

Timeline

June 26: All spot trading operations and deposits will be blocked
September 26: All Loan positions will be automatically closed
September 29: All Flexible EARN positions will be closed
October 26: Selling via Convert will be blocked
