ANON v0.9.1 released with built-in tor
ANONERO1 has released ANON version 0.9.12 with built-in tor, which is set to auto-connect on start up:
Tor is now bundled in-app [..] Users can still use manual SOCKS proxy: if the wallet detects port 9050 open elsewhere, it’ll connect to that instead of built-in tor.3
APK downloads can be found on the onionsite4, eepsite5, and F-droid repository6.
To support ANONERO’s work, you can donate XMR to the address listed on the project’s sites.
Consult the previous Monero Observer report7 to learn more about the project.
Update: the gitea.com repo/user was replaced with a new @anoneroio X handle1.
