ANON v0.9.3 released with hotfix for automatic fee selection bug

ANONERO1 has released ANON version 0.9.32 with a hotfix3 for the automatic fee selection bug that was recently discovered and patched in PR #92204 by Monero devs:

The bug prevented the fee selection algorithm from properly adjusting to the massive spike in txs/full blocks we’ve had lately.5
