acx releases Monfluo v0.9.6

acx1 has released Monfluo2 version 0.9.63 with various updates, fixes and improvements:

Mostly worked on Monfluo Oxide. As planned, monfluo-cli can now create & sync wallets and send & receive transactions. Also, oxide version of monfluo-android has very basic support for creating, restoring & syncing wallets and receiving transactions.4
