[ANN] [Bounty] BTCPay Server: Allow Syncing via Remote Node

Currently BTCPay Server requires a user to sync a pruned/full node in order to accept XMR payments. Allowing for use of remote nodes would massively reduce the friction/time/resources needed for shops to also accept XMR natively.
