woodser releases monero-java v0.8.55 and monero-ts v0.11.14

woodser1 has released new versions for two Monero libraries: monero-java v0.8.552 and monero-ts v0.11.143.

Changes overview

* wallet rpc: bound getTxs re-fetch on inconsistency
* wallet rpc: expose tx input sources from describeTxSet
* utils: update ring size constant to 16
