woodser releases monero-java v0.8.31

woodser1 has just released version 0.8.31 for the monero-java2 library:

It is worth mentioning that woodser has also recently published the mainnet documentation for Haveno4, which immediately lead to the creation of the first ever public networks running on Monero’s mainnet5.
