woodser releases monero-cpp v0.8.16, monero-java v0.8.39, monero-ts v0.11.6

woodser1 has just released new versions for three Monero libraries: monero-cpp v0.8.162, monero-java v0.8.393, and monero-ts v0.11.64.

It is worth mentioning that woodser is also still working8 on building Monero’s Haveno DEX9.
