Haveno v1.1.0 released with various bugfixes

woodser1 has released Haveno2 v1.1.03 with various fixes for issues introduced in the previous major version (1.0.19):

Changes overview

Fix high CPU utilization
Fix a connection issue on startup when using a local --xmrNode
Fix a bug that caused offers to be deleted after a hard fork
Fix hanging behavior when canceling an offer posting
Allow users to run a newer version than arbitrators
Scrollbar now appears as needed when creating an offer
Improve error handling when offers are taken at the same time
