[ANN] [CCS] Mark vtnerd 2026 Q2 Part3 Completed

Check the date, the rollover happened a little while ago. The bulk of this month (~57 hours) was spent on FHSE - a library for encrypting (wallet meta-) data using 256-bit FIDO2 hmac-secret keys.
