VostoEmisio submits CCS proposal to create 4 more animated videos explaining Monero core concepts
VostoEmisio1 has submitted a new CS proposal2 looking to create 4 more animated videos explaining some core Monero concepts:
Our vision is to keep diving deeper into Monero’s complex and sometimes tricky and misunderstood features, translating them into short, engaging, and most importantly, understandable animated videos.
Total funding proposed: 72 XMR.
ETA: <6 months.
Milestones
- M1: Random X: Understanding the significance of ASIC resistance (18 XMR)
- M2: Breaking down the how-to and the rationale for P2Pool (18 XMR)
- M3: Nodes: Why every Monero enthusiast should consider running one (18 XMR)
- M4: Fungibility: Explaining its essence in the context of Monero (18 XMR)
VostoEmisio recently finished work on Monero’s Tail Emission animated explainer video3 and completed CCS !3874.

Update 23/10/14: proposal updated after today’s -community5 meeting: reduced to 2 videos, requested funding amount halved, will be moved to funding for 1 XMR (+35 XMR will be allocated from savandra’s CCS6, which will be closed)7.
