Monero contributor and XMR.ru1 mod v1docq472 has posted a new progress report (December 2022 - January 2023)3 for his CCS4 to do Russian voice-over work and transcribe Monero content:

[..] this is my December 2022 + January 2023 CCS progress report with voice-over and works on XMR.RU. [..] If you have suggestions or advice about my work, I will be glad to listen to them.

v1docq47 has also continued to update the Russian translation of new Trocador.app strings5 and completed translation of the Zero-Knowledge Basics Cheatsheet6 infographic (PR pending).
