v1docq47 submits new CCS proposal for Russian voice-over and transcription work

Monero contributor and XMR.ru¹ mod v1docq47² has submitted a new CCS proposal³ to continue doing Russian voice-over work and transcribing Monero content for the next 6 months (May-October 2023):

This is our new CCS proposal for a new work period for making Russian voiceovers of Monero Konferenco and Monerotopia video presentations and for the support of XMR.RU web-site

Funding needed: 64.8 XMR (6 months)
ETA: October 31 2023 (starting in May 2023) 

Planned work overview

• Monero Konferenco 2022: finish the Russian voiceover of the remaining videos
• MoneroTopia 2023: start voiceover work for presentations
• All talks: publish text transcripts in Russian and English in a separate repository
• cover all key events happening in the Monero Community on a regular basis in a separate news blog⁴
• XMR.ru: update/rewrite tutorials (wiki⁵)
