tevador to relicense Polyseed under Apache 2.0 in order to 'facilitate Monero integration'

tevador¹ has opened a PR² looking to relicense the Polyseed³ library from LGPL 3.0 to Apache 2.0 in order to facilitate Monero integration:

I also added a proper attribution for the BIP-39 wordlists. Contributors to this repository include: @tobtoht @sanderfoobar and @Agatha-luna, all of which contributed 1-line changes that are not copyrightable. If any of you object to this relicensing, please make your case in the comments.

Several XMR wallets including Cake Wallet/Monero.com⁴, Stack Wallet⁵ and ANONERO⁶ have already added support for Monero’s new mnemonic seed library.

It is worth mentioning that tevador is a key long-term Monero contributor and RandomX⁷ author.
