[ANN] Simulating Monero's Dynamic Blocks

I made this animated plot showing how the dynamic block size would respond to a ramping 10x transaction increase over 2 days. Critiques welcome. Please chime in if you have an idea about a better way to show the data, or what other data should be shown.
