[ANN] [Bounty] Add MAC Address spoofing configuration screen to the Calamares installer (Linux)

Qubes and Kicksecure doesn’t have MAC Address spoofing by default this means users have to select such options or create configurations after they install the OS. This means that user must create or enable such configurations after installing the OS.
