[ANN] ARX wallet includes native Monero inside its separate Privacy mode

ARX includes native Monero inside its separate Privacy mode, alongside shielded Zcash and RAILGUN 0zk. It uses a standard Monero recovery seed, so the wallet remains recoverable outside ARX.
