selsta posts March 2025 Monero dev report

selsta1 has posted a monthly CCS progress report2 for March 2025, which includes several Monero dev updates.

Milestone 1:
* Finished preparing v0.18.4.0 binaries and release notes
* Investigated monero-gui CI and build issues
* Update monero URI spec
* Tracked down bugs with the current release

Note that misc work is not explicitly mentioned in these updates. The full list of changes can be found on Github3’4.

This update completes the first milestone of selsta’s part-time (March - May 2025) Monero development CCS proposal5.
