selsta posts March 2024 Monero dev report

selsta1 has posted a monthly CCS progress report2 for March 2024, which includes several Monero dev updates.

Milestone 2:
-Spent most of my time dealing with the tx spam, monitoring for user issues etc.
-v0.18.3.2 was released, v0.18.3.3 has also been tagged to fix a regression.
-Fix broken auto-fee selection.
-Researched and resolved a HackerOne report.

Note that misc work is not explicitly mentioned in these updates. The full list of changes can be found on Github3’4.

This update completes the second milestone of selsta’s part-time (February-April 2024) Monero development CCS proposal5.
