selsta posts July 2026 Monero dev report

selsta1 has posted a monthly CCS progress report2 for July 2026, which includes several Monero dev updates.

Milestone 2:
* Released v0.18.5.1 and started working on v0.18.5.3, the last release for v0.18
* Investigated and triaged dozen more H1 reports
* Finished Qt6 GUI port, will be merged with v0.19
* Fixed multiple long existing bugs from issue tracker
* Improved IPv6 implementation in monerod

Note that misc work is not explicitly mentioned in these updates. The full list of changes can be found on Github3’4.

This update completes the second milestone of selsta’s part-time (June - August 2026) Monero development CCS proposal5.
