selsta posts March 2022 dev update

selsta1 has posted his monthly CCS progress report for March 20222, which includes the following dev updates:

- Finished seed redesign + implemented opening seed template as PDF, submitted smaller bugfixes to CLI + GUI
- Continued to debug the "GUI does not close" on Windows bug, unfortunately still no luck in finding the cause
- Even more issue tracker cleanup

Misc work is not explicitly mentioned in these updates.
