selsta posts December 2021 dev update

selsta1 has posted his monthly CCS progress report for December 20212 which includes the following dev updates:

- Release engineering (compiling and packaging binaries, writing release notes, ...) for v0.17.3.0 CLI / GUI.
- Investigated and fixed two GUI crashes on ARM Mac.
- Updated hidapi dependency in both CLI and GUI, might help with various unexplained Ledger connectivity issues
- Smaller GUI bug fixes
