selsta posts April 2023 dev update

selsta1 has posted a monthly CCS progress report2 for April 2023, which includes the following dev updates:

Milestone 3:
- Most of the dev work was towards adding support for monero-gui on Apple Silicon
- Debug RandomX crash on macOS
- Smaller fixes, improvements and maintenance work (CLI, GUI)

Note that misc work is not explicitly mentioned in these updates. The full list of changes can be found on Github3’4.

This update completes the third and final milestone of selsta’s part-time (Feb-April) Monero development CCS proposal5.
