P2Pool v4.9.1 released with bugfixes, updates

SChernykh1 has released P2Pool2 version 4.9.13 with various bugfixes and updates:

Changes overview

* Switch to user's home directory for P2Pool files if the current directory is not writable
* Tari: fixed a crash when node is not available
* Updated internal dependencies (grpc to v1.74)

Before using the software, you should verify the SHA256 sums with SChernykh’s GPG key5.

Note that it is strongly recommended to synchronize your system clock before you start mining.
