sausagenoods submits CCS proposal to create 'Metronero' XMR checkout system
sausagenoods1 has submitted a CCS proposal2 looking to create Metronero3, a Javascript free and Tor friendly XMR checkout system that uses merchant provided templates:
We would like to help with the adoption of Monero by providing a system similar to those of Revolut, PaySera, PayPal and Wise.
Total funding: 100 XMR (0.25 XMR/h).
ETA: ~10 weeks.
Milestones overview
- M1: Planning the backend, APIs (admin, merchant account management), multi-language support. [..] (5 weeks - 50 XMR)
- M2: Commission system for shared instance operators. [..] (5 weeks - 50 XMR)
A stagenet demo for the Metronero PoC is available at metronero.digilol.net4.
It is worth noting that sausagenoods and Laurynas5 are also the dev team behind the MoneroPay6 payment processor.
