ofrnxmr completes BasicSwapDEX CCS

ofrnxmr1 has completed2 the final (maintenance/M5) milestone for their CCS proposal3 to empower and steward BasicSwapDex4 to production quality software:

Since the last progress update there have been over 300 new PRs from 12 contributors (+68,414 / -21,896 LOC, excluding tests), a large portion of them security hardening across every swap type, plus some major UX additions. [..] Outside of the proposal, the team has also been working on mobile wallet integrations.
