nowi333¹ has created monerometrics² - a reorg-aware public dashboard and API³ that measures and historizes the health of the Monero network:

network hashrate, block time, mempool state, mining-pool distribution and — above all — chain reorganizations (reorgs) and orphan blocks, which most block explorers surface poorly. [..] It’s fully open source and I’d genuinely love feedback, criticism, and ideas for what to add or fix.⁴
