[ANN] Announcement of planning at 37C3

The CCC end of year event called Congress is taking place in Hamburg this year and we may have an area for meeting others. The current idea is to create an assembly and offer the Monero community focus on one of the days. If you want to help organise this, please contact me and I’ll find a voucher code for you. You need to act soon, as the first vouchers will be used on Thursday CET evening.
