MoneroKon proposes bounty for Monero POS Android app

MoneroKon¹ has proposed a bounty² for the creation of a FOSS Monero Android app³ that can be used by merchants on a dedicated POS PDA device with thermal printer:

The aim is to make in-person transactions easy and fast at events such as MoneroKon.

Total Bounty: 5 XMR (to date)

Requirements overview

• Broadcast Monero URI information over NFC at checkout⁴
• Integrate MoneroPay HTTP API as payment processor⁵
• Make PR to MoneroKon/XMRpos

To start working on the project yourself, you should make your intentions public by posting a comment in the bounty’s thread.

To increase the bounty you can contribute some XMR to the bounty address posted by the Monero Bounties Bot².
