Monero v0.18.4.3 'Fluorine Fermi' released

Monero v0.18.4.31 Fluorine Fermi is out2’3 and binaries for both the official CLI4 and GUI5 wallets are now available for download:

This is the v0.18.4.3 release of the Monero software. This is a highly recommended release that enhances protection against spy nodes.
