Monero v0.18.4.0 'Fluorine Fermi' released

Monero v0.18.4.01 Fluorine Fermi is out2’3 and binaries for both the official CLI4 and GUI5 wallets are now available for download:

This is the v0.18.4.0 release of the Monero software. This is a recommended release that fixes multiple daemon-related network vulnerabilities.

Release highlights

CLI:
- Wallet: add background sync with just the view key
- Wallet: fix a potential sync issue during restore
- Daemon: reduce disk writes from 2 to 1 per transaction
- Daemon: add configuration options to HTTP server, fix a remote RPC crash
- Daemon: fix --anonymous-inbound data leak [..]
GUI:
- Fix "Create Wallet" button getting stuck in some cases
- Fix testnet wallet detection
- Update P2Pool to v4.4
