Monero v0.18.3.4 'Fluorine Fermi' tagged

The official Monero v0.18.3.4 Fluorine Fermi has been tagged (CLI¹/GUI²) and the release binaries should be out soon.

Changes overview

CLI:
- device: add ledger flex support
- Fix ZMQ Tx Pruning
- cryptonote_protocol: prevent duplicate txs in fluff queue
- Enforce Tx unlock_time is Zero by Relay Rule
- build: force Trezor for depends builds
- Skip privacy networks (on tx sends) that don't have outgoing connections [0.18]

GUI:
- WizardModeSelection: enable pruning by default
- p2pool: update to v4.1
- wizard: add new Trezor Safe 5
- TxUtils: allow @ in OpenAlias domain
