Lovera submits February 2022 CCS progress report

Lovera1 has submitted a new CCS2 progress report3 for February 2022:

First of all I would like to apologize for the delay. [..] This is my last CCS milestone. [..] Thank you all for your support!

Lovera will continue to upload news, guides and translations of Monero content in Spanish and is planning to open a new CCS proposal soon.
