AgoraDesk/LocalMonero v1.1.19 released

Version 1.1.191 of the LocalMonero/AgoraDesk2’3 mobile apps has been released with a bug fix and UI improvements.

Changes overview

- Fixed notifications bug when Google services are not available.
- Added icons for payment methods.
