AgoraDesk/LocalMonero v1.1.13 released with several bugfixes

Version 1.1.131 of the LocalMonero/AgoraDesk2’3 mobile apps has been released with several bugfixes.

Changes overview

Fix: an issue where the payment window wasn't being displayed on the ad edit screen.
Fix: the omission of payment window information from the ad.
Fix: disputes related to local trades.
