Keystone hardware wallet to add XMR support in '2-3 months'

Keystone1 has confirmed2 that XMR will soon be integrated into its crypto hardware cold wallet3, probably after a 2-3 month timeline4 dedicated to development and testing:

It is official! Today, we have started working on supporting Monero on our Keystone with our partner @cakewallet, a leading open-source software wallet for Monero users.

Keystone noted that the wallet firmware5 will be redesigned from scratch to support Monero’s unique seed phrase and ring signature algorithm, before acknowledging Cake Wallet6’s key role in the success of the project.

This is an ongoing story and the report will be updated when new information is available.

Update: demo available7, release in weeks8.
