jpk68 posts August 2026 Monero dev report

jpk681 has posted a monthly CCS progress report2 for August 2026, which includes several Monero dev updates.

Milestone 1:
* Spent a few days researching solutions to decrease lock contention in 'hot' code paths
* Did extensive testing with various hardware wallet devices
* Worked on small UX and build system improvements for the GUI
* Added various info to https://docs.getmonero.org/
* Reviewed 50+ pull requests [..]
