jpk68 completes full-time Monero dev work CCS

jpk681 has posted the final progress report2 for their full-time Monero development work CCS proposal3:

Work overview

* Worked on the Readline/linenoise patch, which was finally merged
* Began work on upstreaming freeze/thaw methods to the wallet API
* Made several random bugfixes and build system improvements
* Worked on more small vulnerability reports
* Submitted PRs to the monero-docs repo
* Reviewed a few dozen PRs, rebased numerous open PRs
* Attempted to replace the HTTP server in epee (this is still very work-in-progress)
