jeffro256 posts April 2024 Monero/Seraphis dev update

jeffro2561 has posted a second progress report (M2/April 2024)2 for their Monero/Seraphis dev work CCS proposal3:

This month I spent a lot less time writing code, and a lot more time reviewing proposals and planning. [..] I spent some time reviewing tevador’s Jamtis-RCT4 proposal. I plan this next month to make changes to the seraphis library code to also support Jamtis-RCT, and all the not-concensus-related improvements therein. I also plan to investigate the recent OOM daemon issue5.
