j-berman completes CCS after 640+ hours of Monero/FCMP++ dev work

j-berman1 has published a fourth and final progress report2 for his full-time 2025 (part 10) Monero (FCMP++ integration) and Seraphis dev work CCS proposal3:

Reduce data stored per output in the FCMP++ tree
Core test constructing FCMP++ txs spending Pre-RCT outputs
Fix FCMP++/Carrot compile warnings
Reviewed a number of @jeffro256's PR's to fcmp++-stage
Co-authored FCMP++ contest results announcement
Drafted proposed PoWER spec
Rebased fcmp++-stage on top of the latest master [..]
