j-berman submits CCS proposal for 3 months of part-time FCMP++ & Carrot dev work
j-berman1 has submitted a new CCS proposal2 to work part-time on Monero development (FCMP++ & Carrot)3 for 3 months:
I’m switching to part-time for this CCS in order to start ramping up work on Serai independent of this CCS. I don’t think my working full-time will help FCMP++ & Carrot launch any faster at this stage; we are mostly in review phase at this point. I’d like to return to working full-time on Monero once Serai is closer to launch (and continue with the Seraphis lib scanner).
Proposed funding: 133 XMR (0.3 XMR/hr + $65/hr).
ETA: 3 months (320 hours).
Tasks overview
- FCMP++/Carrot beta stressnet
- Helping with FCMP++ audit handling
- Prepare all FCMP++ code for upstream review and merge
- Review critical items to help get FCMP++ & Carrot to mainnet
- Documentation for the FCMP++ integration
- Help on whatever tasks I can to get the FCMP++/Carrot fork to mainnet, including review
- Misc. high priority tasks as they arise, including vulnerability response as requested
