hinto-janai releases Cuprate v0.0.3

hinto-janai1 has released the third alpha version - 0.0.3 Molybdenite2 - of the Cuprate node (cuprated)3, with various fixes, updates, and improvements:

Changes overview

Add transaction pool relay rules
Fix peer list crash
Fix switching to main chain after block reorg
Add cuprated.service
Update fast-sync to height 3401216
Add recovery for failed block reorgs

Note that ‘it is highly recommended to build cuprated from source’5.
